Stream Energy is a company well known for its generosity to the community. It hires workers to build relationships with the community in order to understand what their needs are. Associates then offer the clients the products and services that Stream has that will save them money. The whole purpose is to enhance the quality of life for the people in the community.
That’s only the beginning. Stream Energy also owns Stream Cares, which is a non-profit organization that partners with companies such as the Hope Supply Co, Habitat for Humanity, the Salvation Army, and the Red Cross. Stream helps the community by giving back to families that are homeless as a result of natural disaster. They monitor daily the rate of homelessness so that they can do everything that they can to ensure that these individuals and their families are taking advantage of the funding, and supplies needed to live a better quality of life.
Stream Energy also sponsors events to show their community how grateful they are for the success of their business and how much they care about the well-being of every family in the area. One of those events is the annual Splash for Hope. Stream partners with the Hope Supply Co. to give homeless children an excellent experience of fun. They cover the entrance and meal fees for over 1000 children. It offers children the opportunity to meet other children and have a fun-filled day at the local waterpark.
Another event that Stream Energy sponsors is the Once in a lifetime dinner for military veterans. Veterans get to enjoy a two-day event that consists of dinner at a Texan restaurant on the first day. On the second day, Stream co-hosts the American Girl Doll Experience event which gives ten daughters of military veterans the opportunity to pick an American Girl doll for themselves. They also get to enjoy lunch at the American Girl Cafe. Stream Energy is making a much needed positive difference in the state of Texas. They have increased the states generosity score and will continue to enhance the quality of life for many families.
