They should have their ethical practices written in the DNA of their leadership. Secondly, this ethical practices should be well communicated and inculcated directly to the employees. The ethical practices should not only be written on the mission statement but seen to be communicated and practiced. Thirdly, the human resource needs to have ethical practices. Lastly and most importantly, the ethical practices should be seen through the company’s interaction with the community. These are some of the checklists that the panel checked to select Aloha Construction as the 2017 winner.
